    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician at Sana Naturals LLP – Himalayan Pink Salt. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our information technology systems. You will also be involved in customer service and training users on software and hardware usage.



    Qualifications
    • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
    • Knowledge of Information Technology systems and software
    • Ability to train users in software and hardware.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
